On the second story, the master bedroom features an ocean view; large closet; and a spacious en suite bathroom with dual sinks, soaking tub, and a separate shower. Additionally, the second story has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and ample storage space. All utilities are included (water catchment system, electric) and trash, WiFi, yard service. Given that electric is included, there is no option for portable AC use or electric vehicle charging. Additionally, given that water is supplied through a catchment system, water should not be wasted and the levels of the catchment tanks need to be monitored. One-year lease is required.
