It includes a full private bath, mini-kitchen (hotel-type), and a large bedroom with its own sitting area. Currently, you'll need to access the studio through the downstairs, so will share some space with the owner, a middle-aged woman, and her occasional out-of-town guests. (Later this year, an exterior stairway will be added which converts the home to a duplex.) You'll have privacy, but to be compatible you should be the type of person who is friendly with people of other cultures, ages and genders and others consider you to be easy to get along with. All utilities (including cable and wifi) are included in rent. One person only, no extra guests. Non-smoker only. Sorry, no pets. Quiet time requested at 10pm on weekdays. Headphones are our friends : ) Rent may be discounted to $695 if I can count on you to mow the lawn or help with some odd jobs (about 8 hours a month.)
