We are 100% occupied however we have 2 studio rooms whose leases end at the end of march. Each studio is now fully furnished and features a private efficiency-style layout complete with a kitchenette, mini-fridge and freezer, closet space, and a full private bathroom. Every unit has secure entry and includes both a bedframe and mattress, so you can move in with ease. All utilities water, electricity, and high-speed internet are covered by a flat monthly rate $110 In addition to your private studio, you'll enjoy access to shared spaces throughout the home, including a full-size kitchen with large appliances, a welcoming dining and living area, and two convenient laundry rooms. This setup offers the perfect blend of privacy and comfort, along with the benefits of a connected community. Lease Terms: Flexible lease options available short-term or long-term, with a minimum commitment of 3 months. No smoking is permitted inside the home. Two garage parking spaces are available as a paid service on a first-come, first-served basis per applicant. Each studio comes with a bed frame just bring your own mattress. Housekeeping for the shared common areas is included, and optional paid housekeeping services are available for individual studios upon request (see management for details). Each studio is secured with its own private key entry, ensuring privacy and peace of mind.
