Across the street from a great park with tennis courts and basketball courts. 3 minute walk to #1 bus that can take you to Brown University and RISD in 12 minutes or to Attleboro. Great neighborhood and walking distance to great cafes, restaurants (just up the street) and Blackstone Blvd. Considerate and friendly household. Safety and consideration are my key concerns. Friendly Cocker Spaniel lives in house:) I prefer a 12 month lease but can consider other. Gas and electric extra and paid monthly. Bills divided by 5 people. Sewer, water and wifi included in rental fee.
