If you message me asking for a tour without us speaking on the phone first, I will ignore your message. I get at least 10 requests for tours per day. It is not an efficient use of my time to give tours to people who I haven't spoken to and who may not line up with the move in date/rent to income ratio/pet policy/lease term/etc. It's important to me to go through a few things over the phone before taking time out of my work day to arrange a tour. I much prefer personal connections and short phone calls (5-10min) over back and forth messaging. This is a new community of 11 homes (built in 2024-2025) on Cub Road. It is a very quiet, friendly, and cute street. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home (2 full upstairs, one half downstairs). Lots of light, great floor plan, back yard with fence (and small creek at the bottom of the hill below the fence (FYI did not flood during Helene, it is a very small creek down the hill), deck, cute community, close to West Asheville, quiet street. There is a 4x8ft shed on the side of the home to store bikes, lawn equipment, gear, etc. 1 yr lease minimum, 1+ preferred. Does NOT come furnished (the pics are from the staged "for sale" listing I got when I purchased the home in 2024). *I also own 20 Cub Road right next door (the white house), which is also for rent. 20 Cub Road is available right now. 18 Cub Road is available March 1 or after. My tenants in 18 Cub Road move out March 1 - I will just need to clean and touch up paint. Looking for someone who will treat this home as their own and will effectively communicate with me regarding repairs and concerns. I live in CO, therefore I will depend on you to be my eyes and ears (sending pics of maintenance items, communicating with contractors when they arrive, communicating back to me, etc). Washer and dryer and all appliances are included, along with blinds. First month's rent plus security deposit of 1200 upfront (security deposit can be paid in 6 installments for those of financial need). No last month's rent required upfront. Pets considered on case by case basis. I'm sorry to say though that I can't have "dangerous breeds" (such as Pit Bulls) unfortunately due to my insurance requirements. Has a beautiful fence in the backyard, great for dogs. -Max 1-2 years lease. Tenant pays all utilities (sewer, water, electricity, heat, how water, internet, etc). Landlord pays trash/recycling.
