The tiny home is sited on one of the most spacious lots in Paradise Tiny Home Community with fantastic unobstructed mountain and desert views. There's plenty of space on the lot behind the tiny home (about 300 sq. ft.) to build a nice deck and/or backyard porch area. Brand new appliances (white Hotpoint 9.7-cu ft counter-depth top-freezer refrigerator and white Whirlpool stacked laundry center with 1.6-cu ft top load Washer and electric 3.4-cu ft dryer) and many other extras are included in the listing price, such as a 3x5 outdoor storage shed, new Zinus 8â?� memory foam queen mattress and more. You can also tow the tiny home to another location if you want to park it elsewhere. There is ample storage space throughout the tiny home for kitchen appliances and various bathroom items that would normally occupy counter space.
