The condo is a two story home with a backyard. It is already baby proofed if you have or are expecting children, but we are willing to remove the baby proof features before move in if it isn't desired. There is also a swing in the backyard that can be removed or left for you, depending on what your preferences are. A dog run with dog house is also a feature in the backyard. We've been renovating this property, so it has lovely new floors downstairs and the kitchen and bathrooms have been renovated. Garbage, water, and sewer included in rent! There is a walk-in closet and private balcony off the master bedroom. The front and side yard are all maintained by the HOA! Quiet and pleasant community. It includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. However, if you don't need the washer and dryer we can lower the rent to $975 a month. Non-refundable application fee is $40 per applicant (all adults to live in home must submit an application). Good credit is a must. Pets are welcome with a $200 refundable pet deposit. $995 refundable security deposit plus first month's rent due at lease signing.
