I take very good care of the house as you must be willing to do the same. In addition, there is no smoking allowed in the house. I require someone who pays rent on time. Rent is firm at $550.00 including utilities (except cable and phone). With that you will have a bedroom with full size bed, private bathroom and full access to kitchen (including all appliances), laundry room, living room, and both front and back yards. I am a very easy-going person who likes to get along and be comfortable at home and I would want you to be the same. My house would be your house; I just want a normal person who doesn't bring the party home and cleans up after themselves. FYI-I have 2 small indoor dogs that are very well behaved.
