This cozy 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom apartment, is one of your best options if you are looking for a nice and quiet place, to spend your vacations, either just for fun or looking for sunshine away from the winter. Le Frontenac Condo counts with two elevators. Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor, it is near the elevators and is completely furnished and equipped. If you own, or rent a car, during your stay there is a private parking space just for you. The Condo is Smoke-Free, so smoking is not permitted inside the apartment nor in social areas and NO PETS are allowed in the premises. Children over 10 are welcome! The kitchen, the dining and living room, are conveniently designed in a common space. From the living room and the balcony, you have a nice view from the swimming pool, Jacuzzi and the parks around the condo. On the fridge door, there re the rule for the use of the apartment as well as the Wi-Fi Password. The kitchen has everything you need to cook: so, just go to the supermarket, that is just a couple of blocks away from the condo, and you will find all types of food and groceries you like. For your convenience, the building has shopping carts located in the parking lot, so you can take your groceries home. Take one without hesitation, just be sure to put it back where it belongs! The master bedroom has a king size bed, and a TV; the window overlooks the balcony and sky line of the intercoastal. It has its own private bath and a walking closet. The second bedroom, has two imperial beds, a walking closet and a bath as well. The apartment also has washing and drying machines and an ironing table. The unit includes Secure Wi-Fi Network with Internet Access, Smart TV with English and French channels, as well as NETFLIX; Telephone with free long distance calls to Canada/USA. For your trips to the beach, there are umbrellas, beach chairs and towels, for a great time at Sunny Isles Beach. In our Sunny Isles condo, everything is walking distance, surrounded by supermarkets, groceries stores, coffee shops, Pharmacy drug-stores, restaurants, banks, gas stations and parks. You can take a free shuttle service on famous Collins Ave, just two blocks from our apartment, and in just 10 min. you will be in Aventura Mall, South Florida's premier shopping and dining destination. Aventura Mall offers over 300 fine retailers and is home to some of the most desirable names in fashion and a variety of culinary delights. The condo administration requires you register with a cost of $.30.00 The cost for electricity is based on $100 per month if you go over that you are responsable.
