This is a two room cabin that sits on a hill with a nice view. It was built new in 2008 and is set in a quiet location but very close to Boone (Approximately 4 miles to downtown Boone). All utilities including, the Internet are included in the rent. It is not furnished but has a washer and dryer in the unit. The full kitchen includes: a full size refrigerator, four burner electric stove, range hood, stainless steel sink, and a granite countertop. The house does not have air conditioning but it does have plenty of windows and two ceiling fans. It is heated with vented propane heaters. Good rental history and or good credit is required. There is another single family residence on the same lot that is a separate residence. Property is shown only by appointment. Government vouchers are not accepted. The application fee is $75. This is a smoke free property. More than one application may be evaluated at the same time. 1 year lease - NO PETS Will consider other lease time periods $75 application fee
