PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE AD! Private room for rent in a shared home environment. The rent rate includes all utilities (Including 1TB of WiFi). A mini fridge is provided in the room. All common areas (kitchen, bathroom, and hallway) are shared between all of the tenants. There are 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in this home. Room 2 is the front room, nearest the front door, next to the bathroom, and there are three windows and two separate closets in this room. The bedroom comes unfurnished (minus the mini fridge). Each bedroom is individually keyed for safety and privacy and the exterior door has a separate key. Tenants are responsible for cleaning their bedrooms, for picking up after themselves in the common areas, and for taking the trash to the curb. This home is just a few blocks from Sarasota's art, entertainment, cultural venues, dining, and only a few feet away from main transportation corridors, which easily allows all of the area's natural resources to be enjoyed. House Rules apply (no drug or alcohol use, no smoking, no overnight visitors, no drama, etc). Violation of the house rules will result in terminating the lease agreement immediately. It is PARAMOUNT that there is peace among all of the tenants, otherwise you will be required to move. The House Rules can be provided upon request before applying to ensure they can be followed without an issue. No violent, drug related, or theft felonies (Unless they're 10+ years old) will be allowed due to the living arrangements.
