The larger room upstairs is the size of two rooms and has a double closet, which will be rented out for 850 a month. You will have the ability to use the kitchen, backyard, living room, and dinning rooms at all times. We do have a brand new washer and dryer which will be avaliable for use at anytime. In the kitchen, the dishwasher and refrigerator are open to the renters.
