This 709 sq ft condo is located on the second floor in a quiet gated community including a pool, gym, small dog park, and car wash station. It has its own screened in balcony as well. Rent is $1750 a month, with a $1000 security deposit. Utilities are not included and will have to be in your name. I have three previous tenants if references are needed. There is an online application to fill out if you're interested, there is a small fee for the application (it all goes to the software I use) but this fee will be taken off your first months rent if you're chosen as the tenant.
