One private bedroom and pull out couch and twin roll away bed with new mattress. TV with DVD player. Back patio with grill and also an outside fire pit for your enjoyment. The unit is heated with a pellet stove. Bar and tables in the heated garage for company or just hanging out. The property is furnished and includes all dishes and utensils, coffee pot, toaster, blender, smokeless inside grill, crock pot, pizza oven, toaster oven, pan and outside grill. All linens, pillows, blankets, throws and towels are included. 2 night minimum rental 125/night with 60.00 cleaning fee 125.00 per night with a 2 day minimal rental. $60.00 cleaning fee per stay.
