This is a good intermediate location between Ithaca and Watkins Glen or even Ithaca and Trumansburg. There is plenty of room on the property for tenants to have a garden.Unit is available May 1st. We consider well-exercised to be a minimum of two 30-45 minute walks per day, not simply taking dogs out to pee and coming back inside. We have had plenty of damage in the past from nice dogs that were not well-exercised and were simply bored while their owners were at work. We expect dog owners to pick up after their dogs outside.We allow cats that are completely litter-box trained and whose owners are really on top of regularly cleaning the litter box. We have also had plenty of damage in the past from cats who chose their own spots to pee because their litter boxes were not cleaned often enough.Terms: Security deposit of $1260 due at signing of the lease. First month's rent due prior to move-in. First month's rent will be prorated depending on move-in date, with full month's rent due on the first of the month after that.We ask all interested parties to complete a basic application with references.
