We have loved living here and hope you enjoy it too. Owner pays for water, electricity and internet. This is based on a reasonable average of monthly usage($300). Should tenant go over $300, landlord will submit a bill for an overage. Tenant can download a streaming service of their choice at their expense. No animals of any kind allowed.
