Townhouse is in fantastic quality. Walls between neighbors are very sound proof (we've never overheard our neighbors even once). Appliances - dishwasher, refrigerator, washer/dryer, microwave, stove top, over-the-stove vent, oven - are all in great working order. Neighborhood is very peaceful. Great walking trails close by, including a brand new playground. There is a second playground available at the nearby elementary school. Just down the street is our community clubhouse - a beautiful facility that can be reserved for large gatherings. There is also a pool, gym, and hot tub on-premise. Please text me to schedule a tour! Strictly no smoking of any kind inside the house or garage - any infractions are subject to immediate penalty up to and including eviction. Pets need to be approved on an individual basis. A monthly fee is required to have a pet live in the house, and the fee is dependent upon type/size but is normally around $50/month. Renter will be entirely responsible for utility costs. Unit has a one-car garage, and any other vehicles can be parked on the street.
