We're located in the Ke Ali'i Kai neighborhood a nice quiet neighborhood only a few min's walk to Kam 1 beach and close to both the Wailea/Makena resorts as well as the south Maui Technology Park (about 5 to 10min either) or about 20 or so to the Maui Hospital area or Airport. It's just a couple of minutes' walk down the hill to Kam 1 (Kama'ole 1) beach, ABC store + Bus, Hawaiian Moons health store, etc; a great morning stroll, and all around great jogging or bicycling location. Our cottage includes an inside washer/dryer and mini-split air conditioning in both rooms, as well as ceiling fans, lockable separate mailbox, and all the usual home items. There is off street parking for one car only. Space for a second car is not available.
