There are 3 bedrooms, that currently have a queen, a twin and a single bed. The furniture can be left for your use if requested. There are hardwood floors throughout the entire condo. It has been recently renovated and is very nicely furnished and decorated. The unit has keyless entry. The door codes will be changed for you upon move in. Air conditioning window units will be supplied during summer months, but tenant is responsible for electric bills. The backyard is shared space with the other apartments in the building.
