One bedroom is a Queen bed and the other bedroom is two bunk bed sets which can be used as singles if needed. There is a Full bath with Tub and shower in the 2nd level. The loft upstairs gives a quaint room for children or couples to have their own private movie night. The main living area has a large sectional couch which also is a Queen sleeper sofa. The area makes it very easy to converse while either in the Grate room or the kitchen. There also is a office area directly off the kitchen for the use if you need to get a little work done. In the main kitchen you have all the essentials. There is a 8 person dining table for big families. The dining area also has a 4 person table which is easy for a quick breakfast or lunch. Everything is at you fingertips! Bring your bags and have a great time relaxing. There is a Full Washer and Dryer (please be careful of Sand) for you convenience. The neighborhood Giant grocery is right around the corner in a great shopping center including a Petco, Hooked Up Restaurant, Banks Liquors, Fox's Pizza, Fractured Prune Donuts, Hair Cuttery, Cleaner, AT&T and a Chinese Restaurant! There is also a couple banks within the same area. Why do I tell you all of this? Well, you can get to this shopping center without ever going on the main road! In the garage you will have access to bicycles, Beach chairs, Beach buggy for hauling, coolers, extra tables, extra chairs, a telescope, a badmitton net, fishing poles, skateboards, a grill...feel free to use anything , but make sure they are taken care of as if they are your own!
