Renter is responsible for keeping carport free of personal items. Laundry room must be kept free of clothing. laundry supplies maybe kept on the shelf. Landlady has access of the laundry room in the tenants bathroom once a week to do laundry only. Quiet hours between 9-8. Cell phone service is limited due to the location. I have found At and t works best out here in the country. Wifi is available to share with landlady at no extra cost with the purchase of an extender.
