    What's special

    This property is located just north of Martinsville and at the corner of E 1680th Rd and Bluegrass Rd. There is an old home site at the northeast corner with rural water, electric, gas hookup, and septic. There are a couple of outbuildings on the property as well. The first is 27'x23', all concrete, 100 amp service, and a small bathroom that would need finished. This building does have a window AC unit and gas wall heater with additional storage in the attic. The second building is split somewhat in half. The east side measures 31'x31' with a concrete floor and large overhead door. The west end of the building has a rock floor and a large sliding door and measures 31'x24'. Just south of the buildings is a nice sized pasture area that could be fenced off for livestock. There is an additional grass area to the west that could also be pasture or even a hay field. The remainder of the property is made up of a little over 7 acres of tillable and approximately 7 acres of timber. The north end of the timber has Bluegrass Creek running the length of it providing a nice travel route and water for the local wildlife. There is an additional building site in the farm's southeast corner. There was a mobile home in that location but it has been cleaned up and removed.
