Dear Prospective Buyer: Why I fell in love with the house when I purchased it. Walking into the house I was surprised for only being 1100 square feet how big it felt. I definitely think it's due to the fact this is a well laid out house. As you will see I have 3 sofas in the living room area and it still does not feel cramped. The tile throughout the full house helps keep it cooler during summer and is so easy to keep clean. In addition, I have never seen so many electrical sockets in each room or closet space!) The patio area at rear is fantastic for using if you have large family dinners as it is fully glazed and comes with its own AC unit for summer. This came in handy when I had a family dinner for 12. The back yard has some lovely well established trees and 3 fruit trees consisting of pink grapefruit, orange and a lemon and sour orange tree. I can honestly say the grapefruit and oranges were divine! (Nice and juicy without being too sour!). The street itself is nice and quiet and you do not have a lot of through traffic. The neighbors made me feel so welcome when I moved into the house; the neighbor across the street even cuts my lawn since I don't have a lawnmower. I truly believe whoever buys my home will enjoy the house, the recently updated A/C unit, move in condition, tasteful decor, neighbors and yard.
