Secluded location on Cumberland Head, just north of the City of Plattsburgh and located on a dead-end road. Mature cedar hedges lend privacy from neighbors. The first floor living space is an open concept and large enough to accommodate a large gathering. Every bit of room was finished to give as much sleeping space as well. A small first-floor room could be a master bedroom, or use the larger second-floor room for that purpose. Two upstairs bedrooms could sleep 3-4 persons each. The attic space (with pull-down stairs) is also finished and has beds, TV and a desk. The three-car garage loft is also a sizable room that is finished and made for visitors. Lake access is 65' wide, out the back door, across the spacious deck, and to the water. Natural gas radiant floor heating will warm your toes. The living room also has a propane fireplace/heater for extra comfort. While the original camp was built in 1948, the current structure was built around 2001/2002.
