The property is four blocks from the Ashby BART station and six blocks from Berkeley Bowl. Prefer to rent to grad students, visiting professionals, people established in their careers, or to people in life transitions. The cottage is big enough for one person, but not for two. $2500 includes wifi, water/sewer and trash. The cottage has its own PGE meter so that will be extra. The deposit is $2500. It's a special place, and is quiet, serene and beautiful.
