The neighborhood is very peaceful... quiet, yet safe. Most of the families living in the neighborhood (out of only about 7 in total) have lived her for a very long time and know eachother and the new neighbors quite well. On occasion, there will be neighborhood meetings to discuss issues affecting each owner in the neighborhood and I have always found it to be a very friendly, family environment. You can see the stars at night hear the wind in the pines...
