SECURITY DEPOSIT: $4000.00 security deposit is collected upon application acceptance. This serves to hold the rental and to cover any potential damages incurred to the property during the rental term. We will refund the deposit in full if there are no damages to the property or if a cancellation is received per the terms below. PETS: Small dogs allowed on a case by case basis. Additional deposit may be required. CANCELLATION POLICY: Rental fees paid will be refunded if the property can be rented for the same rate and same period. * Renters and guests are aware of and accept and assume all risks of harm. You (as renter/s) and your guest/s release the property owner and their representatives free from any liability, including financial liability for any injuries/harm that may occur if the guest/s is injured on the property
