January rent is already paid AND I'll give you $350 when you move in! Why? Because I already moved so I'm really motivated to not pay an extra 1000 dollars a month. The apartment is recently renovated, with washer/dryer, nice appliances, and clean and is located in front of a beautiful pond, grassy area and woods where you can see ducks, turtles, and cranes most days. The Surrey park staff are super friendly and there is genuine community in Surrey Park if you want to engage it. For kids there's a playground, and there's a bus stop to downtown that runs every 45 minutes or more right next door. You get your own little front yard and the neighbors are super nice (a younger couple and an older retired vet). Base rent is $1015/mo + $35 for water and $50 - 100 (depending) for heat + electric. For internet, I already have an xfinity modem which I'll throw in for free and can transfer the contract to you if you want it. Hard to finder a cheaper unit anywhere close to Ann Arbor that's not just renting a room. The current year contract will be transferred to you, so you'll need to pass credit check and income requirements (gross monthly income of $3045 or more).
