thsi apartment is bright and sunny. it shares a large fenced back yard with the downstairs apartment. tHe bedrooms are on opposite ends of hte house for privacy. There is a perfect home office in the apartment in addition to the 2 bedrooms. You pay for heat and electricity and we supply a sm=now blower but youa re responsbile for shoveling out the cars since there isnot really a driveway to plow. We mow the lawn. Owner pays for water, Tenant pays for oil heat and electricity
