Small upper two bedroom apartment in an awesome quiet pocket of Milwaukee very near West Allis. The apartment includes a stove and fridge. There is one off street parking space and hookups for a washer and dryer downstairs. This apartment is very small which is why I have priced it to compete with one bedroom apartments. The unit is heated by a central space heater. There are curtains separating the bedrooms rather than doors and there is a bathtub but no shower. Please study the pictures of the bathroom before contacting me about the apartment. You will need to take a bath in the bath tub and not a shower due to the slope of the ceiling. The apartment is small, but very livable and did I mention it s in a GREAT area? Where else can you find a pet friendly 2 bedroom in this area for this kind of price? Tenant is responsible for gas and electric while we pay for the water. Tenant is also responsible for lawn mowing. Tenant must prove a gross income of at least $1,650/mo in order to qualify. We will allow dogs for an additional $25/mo.
