    What's special

    This will be a shared property or a family which we can discuss if a family wishes to rent the home. You must have a credit score of at least 650 and complete a background check. The inside of the home has been painted and is in good shape. If there is a single renter he/she must be of a quite demeanor. Should a single person rent the home you will occupy the master bedroom with lots of space. This is a perfect home if you work from home as you will have access to a spare room for a den. Should a family wishes to occupy the home I will need 30 days to vacate the home, the only furniture that will remain is the formal dinning set. The washer and dryer are located on the main floor. Should you smoke you must smoke in the garage, there are no drugs allowed on the property and should you smell of marijuana your lease will be terminated and you shall forfeit your security deposit and the current and next month's rent. Should a family rent the home you will be responsible for maintaining the water softener, lawn and snow removal of the property as well as any other maintenance issues (minor). Again, there are not pets allowed on the property. I will provide you with a 24 hour notice should I wish to visit the home as I have had past renters who did not maintain the property which led to costly repairs as a landlord it is my legal right to inspect the property as long as I provide the tenant with sufficient notice. If you are a renter we will respect each other's privacy and I will occupy the bedroom downstairs. As my job takes me out of town quite a bit I may leave for several weeks during each month when I am home I spend a lot of time at the gym and riding my mountain bike during the warm weather. In the winter I generally retreat to a warmer climate for respite from the cold. You will be responsible for half the utilities while I am home when I am away you will be responsible for 100 percent of all utility costs. Should you smoke you do so in the garage there is no smoking in the home. You may have a guest however should your guest stay longer than one day/night there will be a $50.00 per Diem charge for each day they are on the property even if they leave for 8 hours and then return.
