Our home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood near Wallingford, just blocks away from south Greenlake and the Tangletown group of shops. We're located walking-distance to a few parks, running trails, a zoo, par 3 golf course, bus line and the many shops and bars around Greenlake. We've done a ton of remodeling inside to make it enjoyable; from heated flooring in the bathrooms, to a brand-new 65-inch 4K OLED Smart TV mounted in the living room (w/ Netflix, Amazon Prime and local TV). A full kitchen in the center of the house is perfect for cooking, and the island separating the kitchen from dining room works well whether you're cooking, serving breakfast, or working from home. Kitchen appliances and electronics include: a natural gas stove, Cuisinart food processor, Insantpot pressure cooker, Vitamix blender, espresso machine, juicer, popcorn maker, Anova precision cooker, crock pot, coffee maker, toaster and waffle iron. Upstairs, the comfy living room has a sealed gas fireplace for cozy evenings. Down the hallway from the kitchen, is a large, two-window bedroom with a Queen-size bed, WaterRower rowing machine and wall-length closet. Further down the hall outside, there is a natural gas barbecue on a small balcony. Across the hall from the bedroom is a bathroom with heated floor, a glass-walled shower, and toilet. Downstairs, there are two carpeted bedrooms; one with a Queen-size bed, and the other a Full-size. A large washer and dryer are located downstairs, as well as a full bathroom with shower/tub and heated tile floor. Outside, our front porch gets evening sunlight, and you'll often see neighbors walking with their dogs or folks heading back from the Greenlake soccer and baseball fields after an evening of exercise and fun. Out in the back yard, there is a brick-lined path that leads out to a two-person hot tub, under a large Cedar tree in the fully fenced yard. There is also an elevated deck and gas barbecue. Our front and backyard plants are all looked after by a professional gardener, so you'll never have to worry about watering or keeping up lawn maintenance!
