Renter will agree to always limit excessive noise and/or lighting on the property. Renter agrees to pay costs to hook up garage sink if they want to use it. Renter will carefully remove and store any garage flex mounts they might want out of the way. Renter agrees to a no smoking in the home, garage, on the deck, or within 25 feet of the house.
