The hobbit cottage is near Gasworks Park, Burke Gillman Trail, and Uof W. Quick and easy access to downtown. All natural cedar inside. Feel like you are in a cabin in the woods. The cottage is covered with ivy and has little or no view of the neighbors. There is one large bedroom on the entry level and a large sleeping loft above. It has plenty of storage and a private fenced yard. Laundry is on site. Parking is readily available. This place just feels like home. Tenants pay utilities. Cats upon approval
