The pool is now open for you to enjoy during your stay. There is also an EV charger in the parking lot for you to recharge your electric vehicle. It is a Level 2, Tesla-only 220-volt, 12-35 mph charger. Our unit is like a hotel room (a spacious studio without a kitchen), with its own private entrance and double locked doors separating it from the adjacent unit. It is 270 square feet in size and is just a 4-5 minute walk from the parking lot. Located on the Silverado Trail, our property offers quick and easy access to downtown Napa, Yountville, and a variety of world-class wineries. The studio is located on the first floor and features a comfortable king-size bed with a high-end memory mattress, a cute table with 2 chairs, and a large TV with international channels (cable TV). The studio is equipped with air conditioning and a heater and has two vertical windows in the bedroom. There is plenty of storage for longer stays and a fully remodeled bathroom with an Italian tile shower and a stone countertop sink. Outside, you'll find two outdoor chairs and a patio where you can enjoy your Napa wine on a very private lawn. The unit will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and will have fresh bedding and towels. Our professionally managed studio offers a range of guest amenities, including complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and an unassigned parking space for one vehicle. We are not affiliated with the Silverado Resort and Spa, so you will not be charged the $25/day resort fee that the resort charges its guests.
