Home was newly painted two years ago and new flooring as well. Close to highway and shopping. Large fenced in backyard with shed for extra storage. Full unfinished basement. This home is still occupied by current tenants. Please do not go to the home on any other dates than the scheduled tour dates and ask to see it. You must set up a tour. Renters are responsible for all utilities. Pets must be safe, house broken and registered. Pets will be viewed on case by case basis an approved by owner. All renters will be required to sign the lease.
