The two decks in front are perfect places to unwind after a fun day at the beach. Great layout for families! The space is ideal for up to two couples and two children. Two bedrooms have queen beds, one with access to the front deck and the other with access to the bedroom with bunk beds. Two full bathrooms with fluffy towels, soap, shampoo, and hair dryers. A fabulous chef's kitchen with every tool you need to apply your gourmet skills while friends and family keep you company in our open floor plan great room. Two covered parking spots as pictured. AC in all rooms! Central heat for your winter rental. All utilities are included. House is fully furnished. Renters Insurance is not required but is recommended. Tenant is responsible for any repairs or cleaning required beyond normal wear and tear. Tenant must maintain the property, observe garbage and recycling rules and schedule, and all community regulations. The house is limited to a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children and town regulations require owners to register each tenant by name. Monthly leases are available from November through May. Summer rates and amenities will be published in May.
