It is located mauka (mountain side) of the Kea'au- Pahoa Road (Highway 130) between Pohaku Place and Kaloli, 13 miles from the Hilo Airport, 4.1 miles from the Kea'au Post Office and 6.8 miles from the Pahoa Post Office. It located in the Kea'au School district and is connected to the county water system. The one story home built in 1974 has a living room, family room, kitchen and dining room and laundry area for a combined total of 1618 sq. feet of living area. In addition, it has an attached 2-car carport (520 sq. feet). Appliances included are refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, washing machine and gas dryer. Tenant will be responsible to establish their own Hawai i Gas Company and HELCO (Hawai i Electric Light Company) service. Yard Service is included. Pets may be considered. No smoking allowed inside of the home. Tenant is responsible to pay for all utilities (Gas, electricity, cable, phone) County water will be paid to the landlord based upon the amount of water used. Yard service included. Subletting or re-renting of property by an existing tenant to a new third party is not allowed. A limit of 6 people will be allowed to reside in the home.
