In 2015 these were updated Carpet, linoleum, water heater, Windows, doors, subfloor that needed it, roof, pipes and then insulated and heat taped, water softener, light fixtures, and toilet. Will update if I left anything out. My family and I bought a new mobile home down the road and now are paying two lot rents. That's why it's $7999 but may work with price for right buyer. This beautifully remodeled mobile home is 15x 60 with 6 rooms. From front to back you start with the living room when you walk into the mobile home then into the kitchen to a hallway on the right side of the mobile home. At the beginning of the hallway to the left you have 10x10 guest bedroom including closet. Then a little further down the hallway to the right the back door is and across it is your laundry room with appliances included with cabinets above. Then before you walk into master bedroom there is a beautifully sized bathroom to your left with a full size tub and shower. The bathroom is 8x 8 at least with a big vanity and plenty of storage shelves on wall and tri folding medicine cabinet. Then as you walk into the 15 x 14 master bedroom you have a closet the length of the room on the left wall. This big master bedroom can hold four piece king size bedroom set. And also if you are interested in this home after you take a look at it you have to apply to live inside the park. This is necessary to weed out the bad apples.
