Has a connected one car garage with a brand new opener with a keypad outside. There is room to park two cars behind each other in the driveway as well as street parking. Amazing views from the upstairs bedrooms and back deck. Entire house is hardwood floors except for the stairs. Google Fiber is already installed and ready to go. If you prefer xfinity their stuff is outside too. Clean and ready to move in now. I love this place and was sad to have to move out. Honestly I just really hope to rent it to someone who wont trash it and is a descent human being. 1 yr lease. Includes HOA fee, sewer, water and trash. Tenant is responsible for power, gas, internet. No smoking. Must be able to pass full background check. Must be able to verify Employment. Must be able to verify past rental history Must be able to verify references and emergency contact. Good rental history with no prior evictions
