Very welcoming group of neighbors even to us newcomers. Always looking for ways to help out. They helped plant our garden, put in our front lawn, and plant our flowers. In fact, I think this neighborhood covered most of our Christmas's both years with fun activities, gingerbread house kits, stockings, presents, ect. Point is, they're great and they love giving of their time and talents to make others happy. As for the house itself, there's really not a lot of "WOW" factor to it. It's the most space and rooms you'll get for the least amount of money. Room to grow in the basement as well. We did the main floor flooring and new roof while we were here. Big cold storage, extra laundry room set up in the basement, gas fireplace downstairs, wood-burning fireplace upstairs, big pull-through covered parking, large garden area ready to plant and feed the whole family are just some of the great features that stick out in my mind.
