(I have my own bathroom attached to the other bedroom.) You'll also have access to all shared areas of the house -- kitchen, living room, laundry room, outdoors. The house itself has a new roof, new exterior siding, new deck, new carport, new interior paint job, new tile floors in the kitchen, laundry room, and your bathroom (which, by the way, also has newly tiled walls, a new, stylish vanity, and a jetted jacuzzi tub). The HVAC works great. Hardwood floors. Granite countertops in the kitchen. Outside, a large front yard and a medium-sized backyard. The covered, screened-in patio outside the front door opens to a newly stained wood deck and ample place to barbecue on a stone patio on ground level nearby. Crepe Myrtles, Azaleas, Burning Bushes, etc., fill the front and back yard with color and beauty. A whimsical porch swing sits under a covered area in the left corner of the backyard. Welcome home! Flexible on lease length 1/2 of utility costs: * power * gas * water/sewer/trash * internet * Hulu/HBO Max/Disney+ (ad free) 1/2 of utility costs (your share) will range from $150-200. While this is an estimate, we can confirm recent utility costs during an interview/tour. No pets inside, even temporarily.
