This is a month-to-month lease and a $950 deposit is required. No pets of ANY kind. And there is a strict no smoking policy. Must have steady verifiable income and rental history. No felonies. Water and Trash included. No subletting. Month to month. No overnight guests allowed. One parking spot available. Non-smoking home.
