Some neighbors have dogs barking and you do hear occasional gunfire, but we are in an area where some people have acreage, so its inevitable in Texas! Its mostly peaceful. Please rely on the pictures that portray our yard as it is most of the year. This little efficiency has new tile flooring, and a new mini-split unit. The rent is $1000 All Bills Paid!! That includes electricity, Wi-fi, water, and garbage. It is an open concept studio with a lovely, covered patio on both sides of the unit. This studio does not have a washer/dryer. There is a shared washer/dryer location on site. If you've read all of this and still want to see it, please call first. Due to limited space, we do not allow overnight guests. There is one parking spot per house. Two car owners need not apply. This is a month to month lease. Each unit has one parking spot. No overnight guests allowed. This is all bills paid including Wi-Fi!! No smokers, no partiers, and no pets. I do check backgrounds. I'm flexible there, as well. Tell me your story! We are very different here.
