This is a 4 bedroom home with an open living area (pony wall) which opens into a furnished kitchen with a provided island which can be used for preparation and/or sitting for two. Provided is a refrigerator, dishwasher, built in microwave over the stove, and electric stove. Three bedrooms are on one end of the house with a bath with tub/shower combination. The other bedroom is on the end of the dining area with a 3/4 bathroom. All the baths have tiled flooring. The bedrooms are all nice sized with laminate flooring. The living area looks into the kitchen/dining room. The kitchen flows into the dining area which is large enough for a large dining table. There is an area for the washing machine and dryer off of the dining area. The sunroom is on the end of the house. It is surrounded by windows and is assessable to the outdoor area. This area can be used as a "mancave," hobby room, exercise room, separate den, etc. All blinds are provided for the house. The house has a storage building in the back yard which may be used for an additional $15 a month. A gazebo is also located in the front yard for your enjoyment. Tenant must have permission to park over three cars and no items can be parked in the back yard without the permission of the Landlord. This house is a ranch but does have two steps from the sunroom into the dining area. Presently has a tenant resulting in the house not being available until the week of July 20, 2025. Parking is not a problem. Elementary school 5 minutes away from the home. To rent, you may agree to a background check, rental history, financial check, etc. Cost to be paid by future tenant. Responsible for cutting grass and taking care of yard. If can not cut/weed eat/maintain grounds, you may feel free to talk to owner for quote from the company that will be cutting the yard. Renter pays rental fee of $2250 a month plus electricity and water/sewer (provided by city). Other desired utilities such as tv, internet, etc. are paid by the renter as well. Must cut grass and be responsible for caring for yard. If caring for the yard is a problem, talk with the landlord and alternatives for care will be discussed. Person selected to rent home must pay for background checks before renting the home. Monthly payment for rent must be direct deposit from a bank.. If a pet, there is a $300 non-returnable deposit for each animal brought into the house. As a landlord, I have the decision to either accept or not accept a particular animal(s) when a tenant rents this home.
