1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom + Living Room and much more of Split level Townhouse in Rosemount Opening in my split level townhome, I own and live in. 3 floors: 1st floor/basement is all your space other than shared laundry and storage space right off stairs 2nd floor/main floor includes the following shared spaces: an attached 2 car garage (1 stall is mine and the other is yours), living room, kitchen, dining room and deck. 3rd floor/master is my space and is not shared. About me: Professional in my early 30s, working in IT, I grew up in the area. I enjoy boxing, anime, home automation, etc. I am moderately clean, not too crazy clean but also not too dirty. Pretty chill person to live with. Because I live onsite and own the townhome, I take good care of the place. About your living space: Entering through garage or front door of townhome, down the stairs is your living space which is (15.5x13ft) with a large bay window, 1 bedroom (11x10.5ft) with closet and another large east facing window and furnished with a full sized bed you can opt to either use or I can store it and you can bring your own bed. Same with table in the living room. Full Bathroom is also off the living room and has a shower with a handheld shower head. There's also lots of shared storage space in the laundry/storage room, in the under stairs closet and on your side of the garage. Other cool features: smart home elements with Phillips Hue lights in shared spaces like kitchen and hallway, smart lock and garage opener that can be connected to your phone. In the warmer months, I have a nice set of deck chairs 6 or 12 month
