It is 10 miles from downtown Atlanta and 10 miles from the Airport as well. Tenant needs to pay for water and electricity. HOA covers trash collection. No pets or smoking inside the house is allowed. I am looking for at least 3X rent as monthly income to qualify for lease. I would need at least last 3 months paystubs and employer verification. I would also perform a credit and background check for which there is a $50 fees.
