The picture shows a modern flat roof concept and we were going to go ULTRA MODERN on the interior. With rising material cost we decided to go with a standard hip roof like the our other homes we have built. And given the home is semi rual, we though the ultra modern wasnt suiting. The new theme of the home is going to be Modern Spanish Colonial. We are going with a spanish exterior theme. And the interior will follow the same concept however we will be using todays trendy finishes and colors. Black interior hardware and black light/plumb fixtures, 10x48 gray weatherd tile plank flooring, gray walls with faux leather finish on the gallery wall. Tall 6in base molding color match to the cabinetry, 2 panel rasied interior doors color matched to cabinetry, Antique white raised panel cabinets with a gray glaze. Dark walnut furniture style island. LED cabinet lights, roll out trays, spice racks, waste cabinet, farm sink. Rare Dolomite countertops with an applied leather finish. Marble subway tiles for the showers with black framed/grid shower doors. Pricing on this home may go up and it could come down. The lumber cost is too volitile. I can lock down the price after framing. Unless someone wants to buy this home now. The interior finshes can be changed if we pre sell in the next few week. Please drive by the area and see the other 4 homes built. We also have 5 lots on 151st ave and dynamite that are being prepped now to start submitting for permits. We will also be buying 5-10 more lots right across the street from our current jobsite on 155th ave and pinnacle vista. Those wont be going till 2022 sometime
