It's a quiet neighborhood, located 10 blocks south of Brigham Young University. Close enough to be convienient, but far enough away that it's not full of students. The neighborhood is only a few blocks from downtown Provo which has a variety of restaurants, several playhouses, and comedy clubs. A concert hall, which will be finished soon, is also located downtown next to the police station. If you enjoy shopping, downtown is full of unique stores. If you can't find what you need, you're only a few miles away from several malls. But the best part of living close to downtown are the holidays, particularly the Fourth of July. Provo goes all out for the nations birthday and it all starts with a large parade. Homeowners in this neighborhood enjoy the benefit of walking a block or two to see the parade.
