4. Credit History
Landlord will obtain a Credit Reporting Agency (CRA) report to evaluate credit history.
Minimum Credit Score Requirement: 700

5. Accuracy of Application Information
Applications may be denied for providing inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or unverifiable
information.
6. Additional Legal Disclosure
Texas Property Code Section 92.3515 requires landlords to provide Tenant Selection Criteria to
